Terms of Service
By filling out the registration form (“Registration Form”) and making a payment for participation in the conference "Baltic Cloud Forum 2025 " (“Conference”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and commit to complying with them. The service provider is Latvian Information and communications technology association (hereinafter referred to as LIKTA ), unified registration No. 40008038242 , legal address: Dzirnavu street 91-3, Riga LV-1011. Contact information for personal data processing: office@likta.lv. Contact information for the Conference: office@likta.lv.
Service Description
The conference will take place on 1st of October, at the AC Hotel Riga, Dzirnavu street 33, located at Riga, Latvia. Arrival from 9:00 AM.
Participants gain the right to attend the Conference by registering and filling the Registration Form.
After completing the Registration Form, you will receive a confirmation of your participation in the Conference to the email address provided in the Registration Form.
LIKTA is not responsible for not receiving the confirmation if you provided an incorrect email address.
Terms of Service
The Conference will take place on 1st of October, at the AC Hotel Riga, Dzirnavu street 33, located at Riga, Latvia. The conference program will run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Event language: English.
LIKTA reserves the right to make changes to the Conference program no later than 3 working days before the Conference, ensuring an equivalent program to the originally indicated one. LIKTA will immediately notify you of any changes to the Conference program by sending information to the email address provided in the registration form.
Cancellation Terms
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your participation in the Conference within 14 days of submitting the Registration Form. The right to cancel cannot be used if the cancellation is received later than 7 calendar days before the start of the Conference (after October 24th). To exercise the right to cancel, you must submit or send a notice to LIKTA email address: office@likta.lv clearly stating your wish to exercise the right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.
Final Provisions
Any notice sent to LIKTA email address indicated in these Terms is considered received on the day it is sent if sent on a working day by 3:00 PM or the next working day if sent after 3:00 PM on a working day or on a weekend.
In case of questions or complaints regarding the Conference, please contact LIKTA using the contact information provided in these Terms. The rights and obligations arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
